Suitable for up to 4 people, the space includes 2 queen beds, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with indoor and outdoor dining.

The outdoor area is perfect for dining, bird, kangaroo and koala watching, and of course relaxing while you sit back to witness the nature of Kangaroo Island.

The home includes a Smart TV and reverse cycle air conditioning, promising a very comfortable stay during both Winter and Summer.

The kitchen provides ample space and cooking equipment for cooking up a storm, including a microwave convection oven, induction cooktops, SMEG appliances, large kitchen sink and fridge/ freezer.

The bathroom boasts an extra large shower with complimentary body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

This tiny house is perfect for a couple staying in American River. Yes, it’s a modified caravan, but it felt roomy, well lit and is tastefully decorated & fitted out. We really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our 3 nights in this fabulous (and beautiful) tiny house. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Fully kitted out kitchen. Excellent shower! Had the best nights sleep and loved looking at the stars through the skylight above the bed. Stephen and Skye were great hosts - very responsive to random questions during our stay. High recommend!

Place was decent enough for 2 night stay, but was charged a bomb to be put up in a caravan. A repurposed caravan has been setup as a 2 bedder home, but it’s not near a home at all. Hope host updates the pictures with exterior view and not just internal only.
