HELIOS HEIGHTS is a new spacious 2 storey holiday home that accommodates up to a maximum of 10 guests with only a short walk to beautiful Simms Cove beach! Free Wifi available!
Upstairs:
Open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, electric oven/stove top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee pod machine (BYO pods), milk frother, air fryer, sandwich press, island bench with stools.
Dining area with 8 seater table & chairs, lounge area L shaped lounge, 2 seater, coffee table, smart TV, sound bar, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner.
Double doors lead out to the balcony with large table and chairs, family size Weber Q BBQ, stairs leading down to rear yard.
Bathroom with vanity and w/c.
Stairway between kitchen and lounge area leads to ground floor - child gates for top and bottom.
Downstairs:
Open plan kitchenette with sink, mini fridge, kettle, Nespresso coffee pod machine (BYO pods), lounge area with L shaped lounge, coffee table, smart TV, PS4 (no games), board games, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner.
Main bedroom with ensuite - vanity, walk-in shower, w/c, all 3 bedrooms with split system reverse cycle air-conditioners.
