Built 2006 - This 2 storey 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, penthouse apartment, with stunning sweeping water views from private balconies, is located on the waterfront in the hub of Paihia Bay of Islands.
Just steps away from cafes, restaurants, coffee kiosks, supermarket, shops, beaches, wharf, ferries to Russell.
Paihia information centre and booking offices are only across the road, to help you plan/book your excursions and activities, so you can get the most out of your time spent in the beautiful Bay of Islands- which could include a coach trip up to the top on the North Island, a cruise out to the famous Hole in the Rock, island stopover, sailing, fishing, parasailing, jet skiing and the list goes on.
Waitangi golf course is a 3.5km drive along the waterfront, as is Waitangi mountain bike park and Waitani Treaty grounds.
Kerikeri airport is 22.7kms north and Kerikeri shopping centre 23kms.
