Enjoy comfort and convenience in this thoughtfully designed 200 sq ft. tiny home. Located in the heart of the Salt Lake Valley, just 16 minutes from the airport, 3 minutes from Intermountain Hospital, and close to major shopping, dining, hiking trails, and Jordan River Parkway Trail.
This private space is attached to the main home but features a double-insulated wall for added sound and temperature control. It comes with its own heating, a washer/dryer unit, a private bathroom with a small Japanese soaking tub, a comfortable sofa bed, and a cozy loft area for additional space.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather all used towels, sheets, pillowcases and put it on the washer.
Put the garbage bag in front of the door.
Wash any dishes, cups that you have used and put it in the dishwasher to dry.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. No parties Owner lives on the property, surveillance cameras surrounding areas outside on the property
Absolutely no pets. No unauthorized unless shared in advanced during booking. No day time visitors unless asked and approved.
Maximum driveway parking is one vehicle, if there are 2 vehicles, one can park on the side of street, not blocking mailbox, or driveway.
