- 2 x Bedrooms with Queen Beds and both also has 1 x single bed
- There is a sunroom with x 2 single beds and has a TIV, workspace desk and a lounge which is perfect for children
- There is x 2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower
- The laundry is more like a butler`s pantry/ laundry
- The house is fully fenced and the backyard is the water
- There are literally water views from the loungeroom, dining and one of the bedrooms.
- It has a Cottage vibe!

Three nearby boat ramps/wharfs makes water access easy and fishing even easier.

All guests and visitors permitted at this premise;

- No parties or schoolies to be at our property
- We have a ‘no sand’ policy so please wash off sand when you return from the beach, there is an outside shower so please wash off sand when returning from the beach.
- No smoking inside or on the balcony
- We have a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, please respect our neighbours and come inside by 10pm
- Please don’t allow kids to eat on furnishings or in bedrooms.
- Please do not leave A/C on for long lengths of time or when you are not there.
- Outside big dogs outside and ok for small non-shedding dogs only inside
- Please ensure your pet is cleaned up after before leaving and if you have an anxious pet, please don`t leave at the property alone.
