Step into this modern and beautiful bright and airy two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment designed for both relaxation and exploration. With a bright open living spaces, open kitchen and large verandah to bring the outdoor in, you can enjoy the space designed for effortless coastal living. With modern comforts and a welcoming feel, this apartment offers teh perfect balance of relaxation and accessibility - just minutes from famous beaches such as Bondi and Coogee, the vibe and nightlife of the city, while providing dining and shopping right at your doorstep.

Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. There are 3-4 plastic containers in the kitchen cupboards and bedroom wardrobes that has personal items labeled "Please do not use/touch"

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)

The Neighborhood:
Bondi Junction is in one of Sydney's most connected locations, ideally located for both relaxation and convenience. Just a 3 minutes stroll to bus and train stations, you will have seamless access to the golden beaches of Bondi, Coogee and Bronte while the vibrant nightlife, culture and energy of Sydney's city centre is just a short 5-10 minutes train ride away. Within 5 minutes, you can also walk to major shopping centres such as Westfield, where stylish cafes, shopping and restaurants provide an array of options.

Getting Around:
Bondi Junction is a central hub for transport to get to the beaches and city. The train station and Bus terminial is only 3-5 minutes walk away. Being an inner city suburb, Bondi Junction is very popular and therefore, parking can be limited. However, there are street parking and also parking at the shopping centres.

Other Things to Note:
A non-refundable 4.5% fee applies to all payments made by credit or debit card. The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
