Welcome to your stylish, warehouse-vibe base in the heart of Rockhampton City. This spacious 2 bedroom apartment sits just 50 meters from the banks of the Fitzroy River, perfect for a morning stroll by the water or a relaxed evening wind-down.
Inside you’ll find:
A modern industrial aesthetic with plenty of natural light, polished finishes, brand-new furniture (warehouse-style couches & dining table) and block-out blinds in both bedrooms for a deep, restful sleep.
Two separate bedrooms (so ideal for up to 4 people if sharing; or 2 people each in their own room) with comfortable beds.
One very large bathroom (single bathroom/toilet/shower combo) so just the one, not an ensuite.
A private courtyard out the back featuring an outdoor laundry with washing machine, dryer and handy cupboard space + broom & mop for your convenience.
A designated free parking space in the alleyway directly from the accommodation, a real bonus in the city.
The apartment overlooks Denham Street, giving you that city-street view while remaining quiet (because you’re above a financial/planning office, not a bar).
Note: Not pet-friendly.
Guest Access
You’ll have full access to the entire apartment and courtyard. Use of the parking spot (one car) is included at no extra cost. The laundry is for guest use. You’ll check in via self-check-in, and you’ll have privacy throughout.
