A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with premium appliances, stone benchtops, and a stylish wine bar for casual entertaining. We provide communal basics such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, spices, tea, coffee, filtered water, and ice to minimise waste and support a more sustainable stay.
The adjoining dining area seats six comfortably and includes a high chair for little guests.

• Maximum occupancy: 7 guests (maximum of 6 adults and at least 1 child). No parties or additional guests are allowed.
The Mornington Peninsula Shire Council enforces strict regulations on short-term rentals, especially concerning noise and parties. Please keep noise to a minimum at all times, and no loud music after 10:00 pm, in line with local laws.
We kindly ask that you respect our home and neighbours. The council and local police actively monitor compliance and may shut down prohibited activities. Let’s keep our neighbourhood peaceful and enjoyable for everyone.
