Both levels have 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and large living spaces with dining for 8+. The kitchen is on the first floor and has all the mod cons, including a dishwasher making large-group entertaining a breeze. A laundry/storage area and 3rd toilet is on ground floor. All living and king rooms have bi-fold doors, opening up to large outdoor decks that wrap around the house, providing a seamless connection to the outdoors, maximising both natural light and uninterrupted views over the water. The common living spaces easily accommodate shared activities with family-sized lounges, smart TV's, large dining tables, darts and a pool/ping-pong table (on ground floor only) The villa has mature & establishing gardens surrounding the ample outdoor entertaining spaces which include table settings for 8+ on both top and bottom decks, a sheltered BBQ & large outdoor dining/lounge area, or, if quietude is your thing, enjoy a book or a snooze in the fully enclosed, outdoor deck off the queen bedroom for complete privacy. The villa is steps away from a swim, frolic or stroll along the the 2km stretch of sandy Collingwood Beach. For nature lovers and walkers, the near-by walk/cycle path stretches from Huskisson to Hyam's Beach, offering plenty of bird and wildlife viewing, as well as access to the many world-class beaches along the way.
