SLEEPS 8! Main floor gorgeous 2 BDR/3 BA. A spacious, flexible two-bedroom / three-bathroom escape at Sunrise Ridge Resort, perfect for families, multi-family vacations, or group getaways. Unit A has FULL kitchen & Unit B boasts a modern smaller kitchenette. This listing merges two adjoining lock-off units (Unit A + Unit B) via a shared PRIVATE foyer, giving you both privacy and shared living under one roof. Enjoy privacy when you want it—or open things up for everyone to be together! It is perfect for families, multi-family vacations, or group getaways.

Guest access:
This Unit is located on the beautiful Oceanfront property of Sunrise Ridge Resort on Vancouver Island. It is literally on Resort Drive right beside the famous Ti-Na-Mara, Grotto Spa. During your stay, you will have access to the entire AB Unit and many of the Resort amenities at no charge. This Unit is equipped with Keyless entry. There is no need to check in with the front desk as we are your Hosts and will provide you with your own personalized door code to gain access.

Other things to note:
This is a Main floor AB Unit that can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. Both the A Unit and B Unit are listed and available for booking individually. Please reach out, and we will assist.
This is a family-friendly resort - please, no parties or loud gatherings.

For any booking over 15 business days, you will have to sign a rental agreement with a $300 security deposit.

My family had a great stay at this place. The hosts was very helpful and accomodating. Everything that we are looking for was there. We loved how neat and cozy the whole place is. It feels like a our home away from our home. Highly recommended!!!

My name is Jacquie. I'm a long time resident of Vancouver Island - 30 years!
All four of our daughters live right here on the Island. We are blessed!
Katharine who is my oldest daughter (who also likes to be called my favourite) is my short term rental business partner. We are licensed and bonded.
We cannot think of a more beautiful place to vacation or to just reset.
To all our Guests please explore Rathtrevor Beach and if you have little ones to please make sure you visit the playground at Parksville Beach. It is like Disneyworld but Free!!!
If you are a professional golfer or an amateur like me - please check out our local golf courses. They range from reasonably priced to more luxurious. We love to play 9 holes at Brigadoon Golf Course in Parksville. If you are looking for more PGA style pricing check out Fairwinds or Morningstar.
Whatever brings you to our Island we hope you get a chance to kick back and relax and enjoy. Please make memories and safe travels home.

Located on Resort Drive which has a great pathway to walk or ride your bike along. Resort drive in itself has lots of family-friendly things to do all within walking distance from Sunrise Ridge including; Spas, Mini Golf, Bumper Boats Aracade. Ice cream shop, Restaurants and more!

Plus, there is 7 kms of coastline along Craig Bay and adjacent Rathtrevor Beach for you to explore. We recommend bringing your water shoes to help you over the rocky areas. Don't worry, there is literally miles of sandy beach to explore!

Our MAIN FLOOR two-bedroom, family-friendly condo is perfect for larger families, a must for multi-generational families, group getaways, or work retreats. WE SLEEP 8 GUESTS. This unique setup combines two separate lock-off units (Unit A & Unit B) into one spacious retreat connected by a shared PRIVATE foyer. Enjoy privacy when you want it—or open things up for everyone to be together! Queen pullout sofas in 2 separate living rooms plus 2 natural gas fireplaces.
Sleeps up to 8 guests: 1 King bedroom + 1 Queen bedroom.
Each Unit boasts a living room with a Queen pullout sofas plus a natural gas fireplaces in both Units.
Unit A boasts a fully modern stocked kitchen and Unit B has a smaller kitchenette with modern bar fridge. Both Units have access to shared private laundry right in the foyer. There is access from both Units to covered patios with BBQs via double glass doors.

Resort amenities: include a year-round outdoor hot tub, fitness centre, seasonal outdoor heated pool, outdoor Resort fireplace and private beach access just a short walk away to the world famous Rathtrevor Beach. The 10 acre Resort is located on Craig Bay on the Ocean and within easy walking distance to Rathtrevor Beach.
