What We Love

This four-bedroom residence on Glen Street captures the essence of Bondi living, where coastal ease meets modern design. Spread across multiple levels, this sun drenched home combines relaxed beach house charm with modern amenities, offering the perfect base for families and groups seeking laid-back beach vibes. With ocean breezes, flexible sleeping arrangements, and private outdoor spaces, every element has been crafted for the ultimate beachside escape.

Living & Entertaining
The heart of the home flows across an open plan living and dining area, where natural light pours through large windows, ceiling fans keep the coastal breeze circulating and double brick walls keep the interior naturally cool. This expansive space effortlessly accommodates gatherings of all sizes. Step out to your private balcony, complete with BBQ facilities, where sun loungers invite you to soak up the sunshine or unwind with sundowners as the day fades. The lower ground floor extends your living space with additional room to spread out, featuring a versatile queen sofa bed, direct access to the garden and a desk with smart monitor. The smart monitor doubles as a smart TV, or a monitor for your computer - perfect for work or entertainment.

Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen integrates seamlessly into the open plan living area, designed for both culinary experience and easy entertaining. Sleek white cabinetry provides abundant storage, while modern appliances including gas cooktop, oven, microwave, full size fridge and freezer and dishwasher handle everything from quick breakfasts to dinner feasts. A breakfast bar with seating creates the perfect spot for morning coffee or casual meals, while the adjacent dining area offers ample space for larger gatherings.

Sleep
Four bedrooms are spread throughout the home, each designed as a private sanctuary. The primary suite features a luxurious king bed with premium linens and the unique flexibility to split into two long single beds, ideal for adaptable sleeping arrangements. The first guest bedroom offers a queen bed with coastal inspired styling, while the second guest bedroom features a double bed. The lower ground floor hosts the fourth sleeping space with a queen sofa bed, perfect for additional guests or teenagers seeking their own zone. Every bedroom features ceiling fans and exterior double-brick walls to keep the rooms naturally cool, while blackout blinds ensure undisturbed sleep after big beach days.

Bathrooms
Three bathrooms serve the home with style and practicality. The primary bedroom's ensuite delivers private luxury with designer fixtures, shower and toilet. The main bathroom features both a combined shower and bath alongside a toilet, perfect for families who need flexibility. The third bathroom on the lower ground level houses a toilet and shower plus a washing machine and dryer, ensuring everyday convenience throughout your stay.
