ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- This single-story apartment requires exterior steps to enter- The homeowner lives on-site, in the upper main house with a completely separate entrance, and shares the front yard and fire pit; they may be present during your stay- A waiver is required to use the kayaks, which can be viewed under Exhibit A of the Evolve Rental Agreement- The property is not childproofed, is set on a steep hill, and does not feature a fence before the lake access area; therefore, it may not be suitable for young children- The dock is available for fishing and swimming only; Boat docking is not permitted- A Georgia state fishing license is required to fish in the lake

The place is very comfortable, relaxing and serene with beautiful ciew of the lake. You can enjoy the outside from a swing on the front porch or lawn chairs around the firepit.The hosts are friendly and very accommodating. They left a bunch of goodies for us to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We were treated like family.

This is the most peaceful, tastefully decorated, comfortable spot. The lake view is beautiful. The apartment is clean and uncluttered. The host is very kind and accommodating. The house is at the top of a hill; it provides a beautiful view, and my car had no trouble driving up. We enjoyed time with friends, but it would also be a good place for a couple.

The lake house was absolutely perfect for my family of four! Each college age child had their own room and plenty of space to spread out. The decor was so relaxing - and the access to the lake was great! We will definitely be coming back!!

Adorable place to relax!

We had an amazing stay and the property owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. They’ve thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and even the neighbors are super nice. Lake access for swimming is great and kids had an awesome time jumping off the dock. The porch was so inviting we could have sat out there the whole stay! Would definitely stay there again and recommend highly!

What a great place! The views are beautiful, the lake is just down the hill, with kayaks and a swim platform. We had an amazing time grilling out, using the firepit, swimming, boating and relaxing. Love this place, what a good price for being on the lake as well. We will be back.

The Lake View house was great. The view from the porch is beautiful! The location is great too, not to far from town but too close. The deer in the yard were cool when we arrived. I would recommend renting this place if you want to see the mountains, hike, go to waterfalls or just relax.

Family weekend

We had the best time at the lake house with our family. The boys went out on the dock and my husband and I were able to relax on the deck and have a glass of wine. We will be returning in the future.

Catherine was the most lovely host! Cabin with gorgeous lake views was fully stocked with all the necessities and even a beautiful bottle of wine and cookies. The decor was fantastic and the cabin was spotless. We loved Blairsville so much we are making an offer on our own cabin. Would highly recommend !

Peaceful Fall Stay

My son and I stayed three nights/four days and enjoyed every minute here. Comfortable beds, couches, deck chairs, porch and fire pit chairs. There wasn’t a space we didn’t enjoy. Good WiFi, plenty of channels and big TV to catch football games , kitchen has what you need to make meals. Used the charcoal grill twice, fire pit once and everything was provided to do it. Bruce and Catherine we lovely hosts and I would return again in a heartbeat.

Lake Hill is a Happy Place!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here very much! The decor is so cheerful that you have to be happy!! It is also incredibly clean. We were checked on by email to make sure things were good! My family and I had a wonderful week at the lake house. We celebrated Thanksgiving there. The owner went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed to prepare our meal. Wanted to enjoy the fire pit but were wimps. The weather was beautiful but being from Florida it was a little chilly for us to sit out. I would recommend this home. You’ll enjoy your stay.

Lake hill was a very quiet relaxing place to stay!

Catherine was amazing to work with, my stY was supposed to be in March and due to Covid , we mutually decided to delay my trip Catherine was very flexible with times and offered refunds immediately. We loved our stay. Lakehill Chalet couldn't of been better. Great neighborhood close to town and activities. The home was clean, airy, bright and uncluttered. Not your typical dark wood mtn. cabin. Well furnished and stocked with all supplies needed for a week stay. Just bring your perishable food. My children adored the lake and their rooms. A short walk down the hill to the lake and back made for some well needed exercise. Friendly and accessible owners. We would love to return again soon.

Lake Hill Chalet, great place to relax.

We spent 8 days at the Lake Hill Chalet in Blairsville, Georgia. What a great place to rest and relax. The owners are great, quick responses to any questions. Great communications, good directions. The home was very clean, and set up for a stress free week. The porch was the most used space, very cool mornings and evenings were great after the sun goes down, some really great sounds from surrounding nature. Would rent again! We spent our time fly fishing streams, we didn't take advantage of the lake, but sure could have.
