Beautiful and new construction apartment in a centric location of Rincon. Wake up to stunning front ocean views and relax in the evenings enjoying beautiful sunsets in the privacy of your balcony. The beach is steps away street front and the city center a short walk away. Walk to great restaurants, cafes, bars and lively night events. Rincon is well known for its cozy and welcoming atmosphere, stunning sunsets and beautiful beaches with some offering great surfing opportunities. Rincon is a great place to stay and explore the west part of the island.
The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable. The apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished from Pottery Barn. It has a spacious and fully equipped kitchen including modern Kitchen Aid appliances, a dining room that sits 6, comfortable living room space to enjoy with modern television and wireless internet service. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a full bathroom and ocean front views. The guest room has a bunk bed with bottom double bed, upper single bed and a single bed trundle. The guest room sleeps up to 4 people and next to it is another full bathroom. Towels and linens are offered for your convenience and the apartment has washer and dryer in the apartment unit.
