Great location with very good views. 9th floor, overlooking the beach, park and small amusement park. Very close to food stores, restaurants, tram lines. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get away for a few days. The host was great too work with. Quick response times and instruction book that fills the void.

I am a nurse that lives in Melbourne Victoria and have always loved travelling and enjoy meeting people. I started hosting because I believe my apartment shows off one of the best areas in my city and wanted to share it with others.

Why they chose this property

St Kilda is a beach side suburb that offers beach side fun and events (triathlons, bike events etc) full of restaurants, cafes and entertainment venues (Palais theatre, Luna Park) within easy reach. Also a quick tram trip into the city where you can access what my city has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Set in an iconic,historical high rise apartment block ( first high rise apartment block in Melbourne in early 1960's) built right opposite the beach. It's on the 9th floor with a fantastic view over the bay and the city with a rooftop area that offers a 360 degree view of the whole area.
