The Space:

This spacious two-storey townhouse features a bright open-plan living area, complete with high ceilings, large windows, and a private outdoor deck. The fully equipped kitchen, cozy lounge, and indoor dining area create the ideal space for relaxing after a day of adventure.



Upstairs, the master loft bedroom offers a tranquil escape, while the additional bedrooms provide comfort and privacy for all guests. Modern bathrooms, washing machine (no dryer), and tasteful decor make this home both functional and inviting.



Bedding Configuration:

Bedroom 1: 1 King Sized Bed (can not be split)

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Sized Bed (can not be split)

Bedroom 3: 1 King Sized Bed ( This can be split into 2 single beds, if requested)



*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the bed in the third room prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.*



Baby Accessories:

We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire townhouse, including the private deck and outdoor seating area. The home is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay — from high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TV to a washer, dryer, and heating throughout. Free on-site parking is available for convenience.



The Neighborhood:

The home sits within a peaceful residential pocket just minutes from Queenstown’s vibrant town centre. Enjoy easy access to the lakefront, popular cafés, restaurants, and boutique shops. The area is ideal for both relaxation and outdoor adventures, with walking trails and local parks close by.



Getting Around:

Queenstown’s attractions are within easy reach by foot, car, or public transport. It’s just a short drive to the town centre, Skyline Gondola, and major ski fields. Local buses run frequently, and taxis or rideshare options are readily available. For those driving, convenient on-site parking makes exploring the region simple and stress-free.

House Rules:

Maximum of 5 guests

At least one guest must be over the age of 25

No pets, parties, smoking/vaping indoors and absolutely NO glitter.

3-night minimum stay applies during December 20 – January 5



Please note: This property is located in a residential area, the quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

We ask if you have guests or externally hired staff at this location, that you strictly abide by the quiet hours so as to not disturb the neighbours.
