This spacious two-story home sleeps 14 people and offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two large sunny decks with beautiful views of Lake Taupō.

Relax in the comfortable lounge space with Netflix on the TV, enjoy barista-style coffee from the espresso machine, and make the most of the sunny outdoor decks and backyard in summer. In winter, unwind by the cosy fireplace.

The layout is ideal for multiple families or groups:
• Upstairs: Open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge with three bedrooms and a bathroom (shower/bath + separate toilet).
• Downstairs: Large sleeping area with a seperate bathroom (shower and toilet), plus a foyer with a jug and toaster.

You will have exclusive use of the whole house, decks and garden area during your stay (the garage is locked for storage), no other parts of the property will be used by owners or other guests.

There are stairs to access the top floor and main living areas (there is a child proof gate at the top of the stairs).

There is also a portacot available for use in the master wardrobe and kids toys, books, board games and colouring books/pencils to keep children entertained in the kids bunk room.
