You’ll have full, private access to the main and upper floors of the home—including all 4 bedrooms, the spacious kitchen, living room, bathrooms, laundry, and the backyard with a 6-person hot tub.
Parking is simple and convenient:
• 2 spots in the attached double garage
• 1 spot on the parking pad
• Additional street parking nearby
Plenty of room for your entire group to come and go comfortably.
Basement Renovation Details:
• New flooring and full kitchen to be installed
• Work may take place Mon-Sat from 9am to 5pm
• Scheduled to be completed by Dec 24th
🐾 Pet Policy
We welcome well-behaved pets!
• $30/pet per night
• $150/pet per week
• $300/pet per month
Note: Airbnb only supports nightly rates—as such pet fees will be adjusted after booking.
👥 Additional Guest Fees
Our base rate includes up to 4 guests.
$17/guest per night after 4 guests
All additional charges are subject to 9% tax (GST + Alberta Tourism Levy).

To ensure a safe and seamless stay, all guests must complete the following before check-in:
1. Sign a Rental Agreement
Covers house rules and stay details. It's fast and digital.
2. Verify Government-Issued ID
A secure one-time process to help maintain a safe, trusted guest community.
3. Select Damage Protection
Choose one of two options:
• $50 CAD non-refundable waiver (covers accidental damage up to $700 CAD)
• $700 CAD Refundable Damage Deposit – pre-authorized 2 days before check-in and automatically released within 5 days of checkout (minus a 2% processing fee)
🔒 As an API-connected Airbnb host, we are authorized to collect these through secure, third-party platforms—fully aligned with Airbnb’s Terms of Service.
🛑 Check-in instructions will be shared after all steps are completed.

• Keyless entry — A personalized code will be sent prior to arrival
