The First floor is a split-level wonderland with 3 spacious Bedrooms and the bathroom/toilet are on one level, while the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen spill onto the expansive balcony below with stunning views towards the coast.
A combustion fireplace is perfectly located in the open plan living room for those cosy nights.

Your family will LOVE the freedom to roam! The downstairs living area is a teen and kid haven, leaving parents to enjoy some quality time upstairs.
Also situated downstairs is your laundry and another bathroom, accessible via the balcony steps.
