Bright 2-bed Family Home Near Epping Forest | Central Line Access
Welcome to our bright and modern family home in Woodford Green - a comfortable base for exploring London while enjoying the calm of a leafy neighbourhood. We live here when it's not booked out, so the space is warm, practical and set up with families in mind.
The Space
Our home feels fresh, open and easy to settle into.
- Light-filled living room with a 75" Smart TV (all major apps ready to use).
- Modern kitchen with a hot water tap, food disposal, and a peninsula breakfast bar seating 5 (or possibly six if you want to get cosy).
- Main bedroom: Super king bed and plenty of storage.
- Second bedroom: Single bunkbeds, best suited for children.
- Extra sleeping space on the living room sofa if needed.
- Bathroom with both a bath and shower.
- Fully enclosed and secure private garden with outdoor seating - ideal for morning coffee or unwinding after a day out.
- Your own front door for easy access. (We do have upstairs and side neighbours, but it's a quiet residential area.)
Family-Friendly Extras
We welcome children of all ages.
- Kids' plates, cups and cutlery provided
- Travel cot and high chair can be arranged on request
- Kids step and toilet seat in bathroom

Everything you need is close by:
- Tube station (Central Line): 10-minute walk
- Epping Forest: approx. 12-minute drive
- Local park: 10–12-minute walk
- Small playground: 3–4-minute walk
- Convenience shop: 1-minute walk
Parking
You'll have one dedicated parking space, making it easy if you're exploring by car.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
We love being so close to Epping Forest and all the local green spaces - it's brilliant for weekend walks, letting the kids run wild, and having that sense of breathing room without being miles from anywhere. The area we live itself is quiet and leafy, with parks and playgrounds within easy reach.
But what really makes it work for us is the Central Line on the doorstep. We can nip into central London in 45-60 minutes when we fancy it - whether that's museums, markets, or just a proper day out - then come home to the calm. It's the best of both worlds, and we wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

This is our happy place - we've made it work exactly how we need it as a family, and we love coming home to it. Everything's on one level, which is brilliant when you've got young kids (no stairs to worry about, everyone can move around safely). We've thought through all the details that make daily life easier - the hot water tap, the breakfast bar where we all eat together, the secure garden where the kids can be outside while we're cooking.
It's set up for real family life rather than just looking pretty, and that's what makes it feel special to us. The location helps too - we can walk to the forest, nip into London on the Central Line when we fancy it, then come back to our quiet street and decompress.
