Strategically located just off scenic Route 6A, this rental property boasts an ideal location that provides quick and easy access to many Brewster and Dennis favorites, making day trips a breeze. You can stroll toward Paine's Creek Beach or toward Route 6A to visit The Cape House Seafood, Luke's Liquors, and the Lemon Tree Village Shops. The Cape Cod Museum of Natural History and the famous Stony Brook Mill (Herring Run Grist Mill) are just a short drive away as well.

The property features a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, den with TV and French doors that lead to the inviting outdoor deck and yard.
The home comfortably sleeps up to eight, with four bedrooms: one Queen size beds on the main level, and two bedrooms with two twins each on the second floor. Each bedroom comes equipped with ductless AC.

*Note the twin bedroom at the top of the stairs does not have a private door.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
