The property was very nice and in the perfect location to explore the cape. Brewster was not overly crowded, but great restaurants and ice cream. The beach was nice to walk out on low tide. We would stay here again!

Beautiful home close to the beach. Amazing back porch facing the marsh. Quick walk to beach. House was perfect for our family, much more spacious than you’d think. Clean and tidy, had all the essentials we could need. The host was easy to communicate with and made the whole process easy. This is our 2nd time renting here, already thinking about our next stay!

Perfect cabin near the bay!

My fiancé and I enjoyed a wonderful week here. Perfect house so close to paines creek beach! Views from the back porch and master bedroom are amazing!

April Vacation

We had a wonderful time, the weather was amazing! The location was perfect! This is a perfect place if you are into birding! We cooked in every night, the kitchen is well equipped! We had leisurely dinners and enjoyed the views and the company.

Great location to the best beach

Beautiful views of the marsh and ocean. A three minute walk to Paine’s creek, our favorite beach. We took a few days during April school vacation to come down and get our fix.

Very Special Location

Tucked between sunrise marsh view from the back deck and sunset at the bay this is a very sweet spot with expected beach cottage quirks. The Brewster flats off season with a dog are a real treat - with nearby hiking trails and star gazing views for full nature immersion!

Wonderful vacation

Beautiful view from the living room and back deck. The neighborhood was so pretty and Paines Creek just amazing. We hit a rainy week but still enjoyed walking down to Paines Creek and up to Lower Rd and exploring locally. Would definitely comeback.

Our Cape Cod vacation!

This cottage is amazing - everything about our stay was wonderful. Beautiful view; beautiful neighborhood. The cottage was perfect. It was just the two of us, but there is plenty of room for a few more guests. We had a lovely time. Highly, highly recommended!!!

Family vacation

We stayed here our young family. The house was perfect: in a quiet neighborhood, easy walk to the beach, and great location to local attractions. The kids loved exploring the creek during low tide looking for sea creatures. The bay side beach at high tide is perfect for young ones who do not like waves.

Sweet Cottage!

Fantastic Vacation!

We had an amazing time in Cape Cod and this house was perfect for our needs. It sits in a nice, quiet neighborhood in a quaint town. The beach was so close it was easy for our 5 year old and 2.5 year old grandchildren to walk on their own. The view from the deck was beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed.

A pleasure, as before

We really enjoy staying at this house during April vacation. Paine’s Creek beach is the best. Beautiful views of the marsh and sunrise from the new deck. There were 4 of us and we were very comfortable. It’s our 4th or 5th time staying here.

Daneen's cottage is just so so beautiful - lovingly appointed house with gorgeous private outdoor spaces. The proximity to Paine's Creek beach is of course the draw, but this is by far the best home we've stayed in the area. It is spotlessly clean and updated. Our favorite space was the deck, lounging on the comfortable updated outdoor furniture and watching the sun rise over the marsh was so dreamy. We will be long time regulars! Thank you to the Law family!

Beautiful Cottage Steps to Beach

Amazing vacation home steps to Paine’s Creek Beach. The home was spotless and much bigger than it looks from the outside. More than enough room for my family of 4. Spent time enjoying the quiet solitude of back deck listening to the birds. Great location, I only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Lovely views!

We really enjoyed our stay in your sweet Cape cottage! Great location and the view from the deck was lovely at all times of day. The deck was also great for bird watching especially in the morning. Paine’s Creek beach is never disappointing and it is the best place for sunsets! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this lovely spot. Thanks Deneen! Josie and Derek

Jim and Daneen Law live in Orleans where they raised their four, college aged, children. Daneen is a native of Cape Cod, grew up in Truro and works as a Realtor for Gibson Sotheby's International Realty. Jim grew up in CT, summered all of his life on Cape Cod in this beach cottage which has been in his family for over fifty years. Jim is an entrepreneur who has business offices in Dennis. They are fortunate to call Cape Cod their year round home and love what each season has to offer. They, like many, are particularly fond of the summer months as most of their family time is spent boating out of Pleasant Bay in Orleans.
