This 2-bedroom guest space is located on the lower level of our home in the quiet, family-friendly community of Rocky Ridge, known for its peaceful streets and beautiful mountain views.

Because of the walk-out design, most of the space is above ground and filled with natural light, creating a comfortable environment for both short and longer stays.

This private guest sapce includes:
• Two bedrooms — a spacious master with a king bed, and a second bedroom with a queen bed
• One full bathroom
• A dining area with all the essentials for your meal preparation needs.
• In-unit laundry (washer and dryer)
• A cozy living area for relaxing with the family.
• Your own direct walk-out access from the garden.
• Access to fully fenced backyard
• Free street parking

Guest access:
Guests will have exclusive use of this entire level.
You will have your own direct entry through the walk-out door, ensuring convenience throughout your stay.
A keyless keypad lock is provided, and you’ll receive a code for easy self-check-in.

Important Notes

•This private guest space is located on the lower floor of our home. You may hear normal daytime household activity (especially mornings and early evenings). Quiet hours are always observed at night.

• A space heater is provided for winter comfort. To avoid tripping the circuit breaker, please use the heater at LOW or MEDIUM settings only, and do not running multiple high-power appliances at the same time.

• This is a pet-friendly home. Despite thorough cleaning, some pet hair may still be present, especially on carpets. This space may not be suitable for guests with severe allergies or those expecting a fully pet-free environment.
