Discover this elegant, light-filled home designed for peaceful hillside living. Upstairs, the main living room welcomes you with an L-shaped sofa, leafy views, a large-screen TV and a decorative fireplace. Downstairs, the mood shifts to relaxed leisure in the second living area, a spacious entertainment zone featuring a full-size pool table, inviting lounge seating, a TV, and a classic timber bar. Doors open directly to the garden, where a shaded patio, high-set dining table and sprawling lawn invite alfresco lunches or picnics under the sun. As night falls, gather around the firepit for a warm, laid-back end to the day.

The kitchen and dining zone serve as the home’s gathering point. With modern appliances and a generous walk-in pantry, the kitchen is both refined and practical, while the dining table offers an inviting place to share meals for eight. Nearby, a cosy armchair beside the wood fire heater creates a snug nook for reading while dinner simmers. From here, step onto the balcony, where leafy views, plush seating and fresh air set the tone for sunset drinks.

Spread across two levels, all bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, providing a restful sanctuary for everyone. Upstairs, the primary suite includes a walk-in robe and an ensuite. Two additional bedrooms on this level continue the soothing palette, with one offering a dedicated workspace overlooking the trees. A family bathroom with a bathtub completes this floor. On the lower level, another bedroom includes a generous walk-in robe and sits just steps from a large bathroom. The laundry, equipped with a washer and dryer, is also conveniently located here.

Year-round comfort is provided with evaporative cooling throughout the upstairs level, a reverse-cycle air conditioner in the downstairs lounge, and a wood fire heater in the upstairs dining area. Please note that firewood is not provided. The fireplace in the main living area is a decorative feature only and cannot be used. On-site parking is available for up to six vehicles in the driveway; however, the garage is not available for guest use.
