This well-appointed Sun Peaks townhome is the perfect nightly rental for families or groups seeking relaxation and quick access to the slopes.
Located just a short 5-minute walk from the main Sun Peaks Village area, this home keeps you close to shops, restaurants, and après-ski activities, while still providing a peaceful private retreat from the village bustle. Guests also enjoy being only a short distance from the Sun Peaks Sports Centre, featuring tennis and basketball courts in summer and Sun Peaks' NHL-sized ice skating rink in the winter.

The bright, open-concept kitchen flows into the dining and living areas, creating an ideal space for families and groups where everyone can stay connected. The breakfast bar seats three, the dining table seats up to eight, and the adjacent private balcony expands the living space even further.

Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
