Welcome to your 1100 ft² clean and comfortable lakefront suite, one of the few south-facing properties directly on beautiful Langford Lake. Perfect for families, couples, and peaceful getaways.

Step onto your private wharf on a stocked trout lake—ideal for morning fishing or sunset relaxation. Enjoy:

Please note, there are many stairs on this property, which unfortunately make it unsuitable for those with mobility issues. The stairs may also be a danger for very young children.

Langford Lake is great fun and we really hope you enjoy yourself, though please note, no lifeguard on duty at this property.

We loved our stay at Pauline’s place. We made a trip to Stamp River at dusk and saw black bears feeding on the salmon run. We loved the canoes, especially at sunset. So peaceful and very well stocked. Thanks so much!

This beautiful property allows for total relaxation with use of the kayaks and swimming opportunities. We spent many hours on the docks and enjoyed the Ed Nixon recreational Trail around the lake.Pauline is a wonderful host that makes communication easy and the stay very enjoyable. Having access to a bbq and a fully equipped kitchen made preparing meals easy.

The apartment is located directly at the lake and offers excellent views of the lake from the master bedroom and private porch. You have access to your private deck at the lake offering besides a space to relax lots of outdoor equipment for kayaking , fishing and more. The apartment itself is very generously outfitted and tastefully decorated. The hosts are just wonderful , they even stocked our fridge and pantry with food! We travel a lot but we have rarely encountered such welcoming hosts and such a wonderful place to enjoy our vacation!

A truly lovely, peaceful, charmingly quirky abode that was spotless. Our wonderful hostess supplied bacon, eggs, bread, butter, milk and creamer for breakfast and a frozen pizza for dinner. Incredible attention to needs of her guests with every possible item you'd require. The view from the primary bedroom of the lake was beyond beautiful. A wall of windows allowed for tranquil moments. And the covered deck, with a string of patio lights, allowed for nightly relaxation as well as all day. Pauline and Jeffrey shared wonderful conversations and their sweet, friendly pets, Captain and Major. Cannot say enough about this peaceful and restful stay enhanced by the accomodations and hosts

This welcoming and charming apartment is the perfect spot from which to explore Victoria and Vancouver Island while also feeling like you have escaped to a remote retreat. I went paddle boarding at sunset several times, and it made me so happy. The balcony that overlooks the lake is so comfortable, and the views from the main bedroom can't be beat.Pauline has thought of everything to make your stay easy and relaxing, making sure you have all the necessities and then some. Even the towels were super plush and spa-like (and plenty of them).As a host, she struck the right balance between communicating how to access the property, etc., and leaving us to our own devices. She clearly cares about her guests, and it makes a difference!

What a fantastic property!!! We loved our stay in Langford. Pauline was a genuinely lovely person and host. The home was wonderfully equipped with everything one would need. There were even some groceries and drinks provided in the fridge (complimentary!!). My husband forgot his toothbrush and there was a new one in the cupboard for him to use. Lots of towels, soaps, games, books. It was truly a home away from home. The outdoor amenities were great too. Kayaks, paddle boat, paddle board, fishing rods were available anytime we wanted. The lake is beautiful and the view from the property was stunning. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We will be back!!

Pauline was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. She even bought a brand new life jacket for our youngest daughter so we could all go swimming in the lake. The unit was beautiful. The right mixture or charm and amenities. We loved using the little dock and deck to hangout on. I wish we had more time to use the popcorn machine!! I would recommend this place for families or anyone. Pauline is a 5 Star host and a really nice person. A bonus, their Cat, Major is so cuddly. Our kids loved him.

Our stay here was wonderful. The view of the lake right from the main bedroom (which also had a love seat to enjoy the view from) was so beautiful. I enjoyed kayaking on the lake as well. The suite was beautiful and comfortable and extremely well stocked. It exceeded all expectations and I can’t wait to go back.

The accommodations were beautiful. The outside space was very Zen and peaceful. I had my morning coffee on the wharf on the lake and took in all the birds sounds , quite lovely! Pauline is very kind and personable and left an assortment of treats for us to enjoy! I would recommend staying here

What a gem! Pauline thought of everything to make us feel welcome. Practically, the suite is well stocked and had everything we needed. The views of the lake are splendid and we couldn’t stay away, we ventured out on some kayaks. One of our top vrbo experiences.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakefront suite. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and instantly relaxed. The home was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The lake views were absolutely stunning and made for the perfect peaceful getaway. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, the beautiful surroundings, and all the little touches that made the place feel so special and inviting.Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us and for helping create such memorable moments for our family. We had a wonderful stay. Pauline provided us with so many extras when we arrived, including breakfast items and coffee, it was amazing to not have to run out to the store right away. The space was clean and well-appointed, so we felt right at home. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The best part was being on the lake and having a dock we could use for sitting near the water, fishing, or enjoying the use of kayaks and a paddle boat. What a treat to spend our mornings and evenings in this way. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

Our stay at this Langford Lake property was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning, south-facing views and the tranquil atmosphere. The property perfectly balances a peaceful nature getaway with modern, luxurious comforts. The highlights of our trip revolved around the private dock. We spent our mornings drinking coffee lakeside. Having direct water access with complimentary kayaks and paddle toys made for endless family fun. Inside, the suite was immaculate, bright, and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The hosts have thought of every little detail, from high-quality linens to excellent local recommendations. Location-wise, it is unbeatable—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but only a short drive to downtown Victoria and walking distance to local trails. We cannot recommend this slice of heaven enough and are already planning our return trip!

Morning coffees by the water are a great way to start the day, watching the eagles fishing and hearing birds’ wings beating on the water. My family really enjoyed our stay at this cozy, beautifully located lakefront suite! You can tell when a host truly enjoys welcoming people into their home. Pauline’s generosity and responsiveness made us very comfortable, and we really appreciated her thoughtful touches like complimentary treats and ensuring a paddleboat was ready for us if the weather was right! Highly recommend this stay with easy access to downtown Victoria and close to all the amenities, with that gorgeous view of Langford Lake. I felt so relaxed I didn’t wantbto leave!

This was an amazing stay!! It’s a beautiful suite with every small detail considered to make your stay superior. Everything you need is in the kitchen. The hosts are so thoughtful and detailed that they have the little “extras” you need in case you forget them at home. I will absolutely return with my son to enjoy this suite and the lake. Know that they have ample fishing rods, life jackets, and various water equipment for use off your own private deck. The deck is a good size with seating and a firebowl for roasting marshmallows (marshmallow sticks even available for use). Trust me…the hosts have thought of everything!!! The design of the suite reminds me of a suite that I stayed at in Varenna, Lake Como, Italy. It’s got that Italian and French charm to it that is just so homey and cozy. The beds are incredibly comfortable and you have full access to streaming networks on the TV. Minutes from downtown and minutes from the trail around the lake. So worth it!! You will not regret your stay here.
