Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Peachy Properties, valid drivers license / ID required. 2. A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 3 days post-checkout. 3. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM, including decks, balconies.. 4. No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time. 5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms. 6. No "schoolies, bucks or hens' bookings. Please adhere to this policy. 7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28. 8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property. 9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property, with a strict maximum of 6 guests unless prior approval is obtained. 10. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking

House was exactly like the photos, spacious, lovely amenities, light open living, team at Peachy Properties was very accommodating, helpful and responsive. This was our first family holiday and it was wonderful! The only couple things we feel it was missing was that it could've done with a bigger couch, some flyscreens on windows/doors, and A/C cooling that reaches back 2bedrooms apart from that everything was amazing!!!

The house was very clean and perfectly organised with well-working appliances, well-stocked kitchen utensils, pots, linen which meant we could relax the moment we got in.We really enjoyed our stay and even the kids were really appreciative of the place and its closeness to the beach.We had regular communication prior, during and after our stay which gave us peace of mind.
