You'll have your own entrance, keypad check-in and parking, a full kitchen, in-suite laundry and a patio with BBQ and propane fire pit. It's a comfortable fit for ski trips to Big White, golf and wine weekends, family visits and longer working stays.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Family home: This is a private, self-contained lower-level suite within our family home. Because we live upstairs, you may occasionally hear footsteps or everyday household sounds. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am.
• Stairs: The entrance is reached by an outdoor walkway with stairs. The suite itself is on one level.
• Cameras: Exterior security cameras cover the driveway, walkway and shop only. There are no cameras inside the suite.
• Fire pit: Propane fire pit use is subject to current BC and City of Kelowna fire restrictions and may be unavailable during a fire ban.
• Yard improvements: Some sections of the backyard are undergoing retaining-wall and landscaping work and may be closed off. The grassy area remains available for guests.
• Winter driving: Highway 33 to Big White is a mountain road; winter tires are required in winter.
• Pets: One dog of any size is welcome (maximum one per reservation) with our prior approval. Please message us before booking. A $75 pet fee applies. No cats. The grassy area of the backyard is available for your dog.
• Cleaning: Complimentary mid-stay cleaning is available on request for stays of 7 nights or longer, by arrangement. Daily housekeeping is not included.
• Guests: Maximum 4 guests, including children and infants, under our City of Kelowna short-term rental licence. The pull-out sofa does not increase the guest limit. Registered guests only; no visitors, parties or events.

PRICING
The total shown before you book includes our cleaning fee, any pet or extra-guest fee, Vrbo's service fee and applicable taxes. We don't add any fees after booking.
