The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and cooktop, along with plates, cutlery, kettle, toaster, etc. We also have a Espresso Vittoria pod machine, so don’t forget to bring your favourite flavours!
There is lift access from the secure undercover parking (2.1m clearance). The apartment is located on the 14th floor.

You will need to purchase your own items after the start-up supply runs out. Please note, we do not supply sugar, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, tissues, or paper towels. All linen is provided, including premium linen service and beach towels for your use.
IMPORTANT NOTES
This property is NOT for parties, events, functions, or schoolies groups. We want to ensure a peaceful environment, so please do not ask to host these types of events. It is strictly a NO SMOKING property. If you plan to use the property for these reasons, we kindly ask that you book elsewhere.
Keys are picked up from, and returned to a local convenience store, only a 5min drive from the apartment.
We value our beautiful apartment and the well-being of our neighbours. If we receive reports of a party, event, function, or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and, if necessary, ask you to vacate the premises immediately.
This is a lovely property for couples, friends, and small groups looking for a quiet, peaceful stay.
PLEASE NOTE
There are intermittent renovation works taking place in the basement car park and ground floor. When works are underway, they run between 7:30am – 5:00pm. During these times, access to the car park and/or the BBQ and pool area MAY be restricted, but not always. The works have no impact on the room or stunning views!
