The main level of the home is designed for connection, relaxation and coastal living. It features two inviting living areas — a cosy sunken lounge with TV perfect for movie nights, and a second lounge that flows seamlessly out onto the balcony. A round dining table for eight sets the scene for shared meals, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a convenient and comfortable stay.



The large balcony captures gentle ocean views and is furnished with a generous outdoor dining table and a relaxed lounge setting — the perfect place to unwind with an afternoon cocktail, savour long summer evenings, and soak up the sea breeze.

MISS BEACHY SIGNATURE COCKTAIL

The Miss Beachy Breeze

A refreshing, beach-inspired drink recommendation (not supplied) — perfect for guests to make and enjoy on the balcony.

Ingredients

• 45ml white gin

• 60ml coconut water

• 30ml fresh lime juice

• 30ml pineapple juice (optional)

• 4 cucumber slices

• Fresh mint

• Ice

Method

1. Lightly muddle cucumber and mint in a shaker.

2. Add gin, coconut water, lime juice and pineapple juice.

3. Shake well with ice.

4. Strain over fresh ice and garnish with mint.

Flavour profile: fresh, coastal, light and breezy — the perfect complement to Miss Beachy’s relaxed seaside vibe.
