The Space:
The apartment features three generous double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, providing comfort and privacy for up to six guests. Large windows invite natural light throughout the day, while the elevated first-floor position enhances outlook and airflow.
Located directly across from the park, guests can enjoy morning walks, playgrounds, and green open space right at their doorstep. The apartment is conveniently close to Randwick’s cafés, restaurants, shops, public transport, and major destinations including UNSW, Prince of Wales Hospital, and Coogee Beach.
A perfect blend of space, sunlight, and location—this park-side Randwick apartment delivers a calm residential feel with easy access to Sydney’s best attractions.
This sunny first-floor apartment offers a spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, plus a separate second living room and two balconies overlooking the park. You’ll have exclusive use of the entire apartment.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a new full-size oven and cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and all essential cookware. A washing machine and tumble dryer are located in one of the bathrooms.
Both living rooms include smart TVs for streaming and entertainment.
The apartment has excellent natural ventilation, plus reverse-cycle air conditioning, a gas fireplace in the main living room, and ceiling fans in each bedroom.
Unrestricted parking on the apartment side of the road
Opposite side (park side): 4-hour restriction from 1–6pm on Wednesdays only
No parties. No bookings for teenagers only—an adult parent/guardian must be staying.
Please note: the owners live in the apartment below.
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
There is a park, playground and cafe is across the road. It is a 5-15 minute drive to the local beaches of Bronte, Clovelly, Bondi and Coogee and is also adjacent to the suburbs of Woollahra, Paddington and Double Bay. If you enjoy walking, these areas are all accessible in around 30-60 minutes. A hospital, Royal Randwick Racecourse and the University of New South Wales are also in the same suburb.
Getting Around:
The area is well serviced by buses and the train station at Bondi Junction is a 10 minute drive (20 minute walk) away, which connects you to the Sydney metro train system and the wider regional network. The apartment is approximately a 30 minute drive from Sydney's Kingsford Smith airport. Parking is on street and mostly unrestricted. Parking in the evenings is very available.
Other Things to Note:
Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
