This simple and cozy apartment is located on floor 33 and can host a maximum of 2 guests.
The stylish self-contained apartment features:
- Living room with a lounge and dining table
- Full kitchen with oven, stove, fridge and dishwasher.
- 1 bedroom with a Queen bed and clothing storage
- 1 full bathroom with walk-in shower
- Laundry with washing machine only.
- Air conditioning is available in all rooms.

* There is NO parking space
* Check-in is available from 3 pm to 10 pm every day. The key exchange service is located at 400m from the building.

• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
• We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
• If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $200 fee will be applicable before 10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day.
• In case of a lost key, a $300 fee will be incurred for key replacement.
• The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.
• Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. We kindly ask that you adhere to the rules and available times posted on-site. Thank you for your cooperation.
