Fully independent 1-bedroom cosy modern home located at the rear of Unit 1 on Bendigo Avenue. You’ll have the entire place to yourself, with your own private entrance, full kitchen, bright bathroom with a deep bathtub, an in-home washer–dryer combo, and a private garage. Nothing is shared with any other guests or the host.

Set on a quiet and safe street, the home is close to Bentleigh’s shops, cafés and restaurants, and within easy reach of Bentleigh and Patterson Stations. Brighton Beach and Chadstone Shopping Centre are only a short drive away. It’s a perfect base for work trips, singles, couples or longer stays. Fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV and a small desk area make it easy to work or unwind after exploring Melbourne.

What I enjoy most is the balance here — quiet mornings, lovely parks, and easy access to trains that take you straight into the city. Brighton Beach and the coastline are only a short drive away, perfect for slow weekend afternoons. Bentleigh also has a beautiful sense of safety and comfort, which makes it a place where guests can truly relax and feel at home.
