Nestled in the heart of Balmain, this charming 2-storey 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom 1-car space (small car only) terrace offers sweeping city and harbour bridge views, and the perfect blend of historic character and comfort.
PLEASE NOTE
On Tuesday nights the bins need to be left out on the street, then brought back in once collected to avoid neighbours using your bins.
This is a historical terrace building and the stairs are more steep than usual.
Please keep this in mind before booking.

We`re located in a very central part of Balmain: within walking distance of shopping, cafés, pubs and good transport.
We`re footsteps off the main village strip of Balmain (Darling Street) which is known for cafés, restaurants and a lively but leafy neighbourhood.
Balmain has a historic character: terraces, Victorian/Edwardian houses, narrow streets, harbour-side views.
The area offers good public transport options including bus and ferry (via nearby wharves) into the city.
Charming “village-by-the-city” feel: Even though you’re close to the Sydney CBD (just a few km away), you’ll feel the relaxed and historic inner-west vibe.
Plenty of cafés, boutique shops, pubs: Great for a guest who wants to stroll, have brunch, sample craft beer or local food. The Dry Dock Hotel, recently crowned Pub of the year 2025 by GoodFood is a short stroll down the road.
Scenic and green: Parks, foreshore walks, harbour-views nearby. For example, in Balmain there’s Mort’s Dock / Ballast Point reserve, etc.
🚌 442 bus on Montague St takes you to the city in 15 minutes.

Bin day is on Wednesdays therefore someone will be there to take it out on Tuesdays and on Wednesdays to bring it back in.

Our neighbour (the shop next door) has access to our bins and may request to dispose rubbish.
For bookings of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning service is recommended. You can choose to receive a Refresh & Restock and Full Clean for $250.
We respectfully ask you read the houses rules before confirming your booking. Any non-compliance may result in eviction with extra charges for any damage or extra cleaning.
Lost key fee $65
Call out fee $90 for being locked inside or forgetting belongings after checkout.
Cleaning fee $300 for any evidence of smoking or partying or excessive rubbish not disposed
