Nestled in the heart of Gerroa, this exceptional holiday house can accommodate up to six guests across three bedrooms, two living spaces and a courtyard fo. Panorama is perfectly suited to families or small groups seeking both relaxation and room to unwind. The open plan living area has panoramic views of Seven Mile Beach and is a great place for everyone to gather, while the dedicated rumpus room with TV adds an extra layer of entertainment for all ages. Panorama is a great option for your South Coast getaway!

Where will I be?
Panorama is located within walking distance of the beach and cafe in Gerroa. Gerringong is a 7 minute drive away with a great selection of cafes, shops and some restaurants or 13 minutes in the other direction is Berry with even more shops, cafes and award winning restaurants.

Perfectly positioned in Gerroa, this well-equipped and comfortable home is great beachside escape. Bathed in natural light, the sun-drenched courtyard provides an inviting space to relax, while ocean views add a constant sense of calm and connection to the sea. Thoughtfully designed and ideally located, it combines convenience, comfort, and the understated luxury of coastal living.
How is the property laid out?
Panorama is the front villa in a two-villa complex and is a generous two storey home. Entry is on the downstairs level, which also has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The garage has been converted to an additional TV room, with tinted perspex glass to allow plenty of light in. At night, the blinds can be closed for privacy. Upstairs is the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with floor to ceiling glass sliding doors to capture the view. The courtyard is at the back of the house and is a protected area with BBQ and outdoor dining. The master bedroom with ensuite also has great views of Seven Mile Beach, and a small verandah with table and chairs. The laundry is on this level also.
Wi-Fi and streaming services - will I have them?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If Wi-Fi is important, please therefore always have a backup plan.

What about outdoors?
At the rear of Panorama is a sun drenched, secure courtyard. There is a dining table and plenty of seating to enjoy meals alfresco style, and there are loungers perfect for relaxing. The front of the property has a balcony - take a seat and enjoy the ocean views!
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Panorama has reverse cycle air conditioning in the upstairs open plan kitchen, living and dining area. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans. The home can also be opened up to make the most of the sea breeze.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is off street parking for one car. Please note the garage is unavailable for parking and is used a rumpus room. The garage door cannot be opened.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sorry, Panorama is not pet friendly. Please contact us for some pet friendly options.
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
