*PET POLICY*
• Rules for Dog Friendly:
CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who disrespect our property, thank you for your understanding.
๏ Additional costs: $ 100 per stay per dog
๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from previous Airbnb experience.
๏ We do not accept dogs weighing over 40 pounds or those under one year of age.
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on furniture and access bedrooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise nuisance for the neighbors.
๏ Guests must pick up dog droppings at all times and keep the yard clean.
*NOISES*
Please respect our peaceful community. No parties allowed. Keep music and voices at a reasonable level, especially in the evening.
*DRINKING WATER*
Please note that the tap water at the cottage is not potable. Please bring your own bottled water. A gallon of potable water will be available in case of emergency.
*BBQ*
If you wish to access the area in winter, it is your responsibility to clear the snow; a shovel will be on site.
*TOWELS*
Bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach/pool and spa towels.
