El apartamento está en la planta baja (acceso a 10 pasos) de un edificio histórico catalogado de 1889. Está decorado completamente en blanco. 3 dormitorios y una sala muy grande (3 espacios de edificios antiguos unidos) para la cocina, el comedor y la sala de estar, baño grande con ducha y WC y calefacción por suelo radiante y un pequeño baño con ducha. Dos de las habitaciones tienen vistas al jardín (muy tranquilo) y una a la calle (muy tranquila por la noche). Casi todo está recién renovado.

¡El apartamento es ideal para artistas que actúan en el teatro porque pueden caminar hasta allí!
También para los huéspedes que desean disfrutar de los programas culturales de una ciudad: ¡todo está cerca!
Ideal para 2 parejas o para una familia con 2 niños.
Dos de las habitaciones tienen camas dobles y la tercera tiene una cama de 1.40 de ancho.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama con somier de 2.10 metros de largo y ancho, ¡maravilloso!

The picture doesn't show how nice this place is. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Communication was exceptional and very helpful. Train was right down the road.

Excellent Three Bedroom Unit in Heart of Stuttagrt

Very large unit within 15 minute walk to main train station and also the heart of Stuttgart. Public transportation by U-Bahn is 10 minutes walk. The apartment is very well stocked and modern. Bier Garten 10 minutes away and there are many restaurants in the area. We would definitely come back and the owner was very quick to return any messages that we sent.

The best vrbo we’ve ever stayed in!

I’ve stayed in quite a few short term rentals and Maiken’s property was the best yet. Not only was the property beautiful and exceptionally well maintained, but there was everything you might ever need available at the apartment from everyday living supplies (you name it, it was supplied) to tourism guidebooks. The balcony looks out onto a verdant green garden with happy wildlife. She even left a lovely selection of snacks and juice and milk in the fridge! Thank you, Maiken! We will be back!

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Just minutes from the square. The property manager was amazing and she answered my questions very quickly. Everything was just awesome. Love the property very much.

Stuttgart Visit

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Very well appointed with all you need including extra towels and fans for any very hot days. The dryer did stop working and that was a bummer, but there was a drying rack. The host was great at responding in a timely manner. Beautiful apartment, tastefully decorated and provides all comforts of home.

Great apartment in central location

Apartment is great - from central location to the generous space to the beautiful and relaxing balcony. Apartment is equipped with everything you need and then some. Communication was very easy and fast - very accommodating. We would surly like to stay here again.

Amazing apartment in downtown Stuttgart

Great location! We stayed almost a week (family of 4 including Grandma from the US), and used it as our hub to travel around the region and even South to the Alps (Zugspitze). Exploring Stuttgart was a lot of fun too. A brief walk to a shopping district, cafes, and bank. The patio and sunroom were our favorite places to relax after our days out. Very clean, great-sized bathrooms and bedrooms, the kitchen was perfect. Make sure you bring your coins for the street parking!

Lovely apartment close to attractions

This apartment is wonderful! Open concept, brand new kitchen, plenty of space. It has three bedrooms — two with king sized beds and one with a queen. Two full bathrooms, balcony, living area as well. Maiken made everything very easy for us and she also provided a weekly cleaning service, as we stayed here for a month and a half waiting to move into our permanent housing. There are numerous restaurants, bars, beer gardens, shops, and parks within short walking distances. We recommend this place and will stay here again at some point.

Wonderful flat!

We had 5 adults and the space was perfect. The sunroom overlooking the garden was lovely to relax and enjoy coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. The kitchen was well appointed and we appreciated being able to spread out a bit. We loved our time at the Kerner apartment and would absolutely stay again.

Great for families

The apartment is incredibly spacious. There are three full bedrooms. The kitchen is wonderful for families and fully available for cooking. There are two bathrooms each has a shower. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit making laundry easy with children. The location is wonderful and easy to access major points in the city. Parking can be easily found on the street you just have to pay the metres. Many grocery stores within an easy drive. Definitely would stay again.

Very comfortable apartment close to city centre.

We were attending a wedding in Stuttgart and decided to make it a family holiday. The apartment was an excellent base and also a pleasant place to relax in after a day's sight-seeing. It was spacious and tranquil. We soon got used to going up and down the flights of steps which linked us to the city centre and the U-bahn. We took advantage of the lovely ice creams in Eugenplatz at the end of the street on several occasions and watched the sunset over the city from there.

Man hat das Gefühl, nach Hause zu kommen. Alles ist da, für alles ist gesorgt! Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen und haben einen Restaurant-Termin storniert, um mit Einkäufen aus der Markthalle ein weiteres Mal in der Wohnung zu essen

Lovely apt all the amenities and great location

My family of 6 (4 adults, 2 children) very much enjoyed this modern apartment with all amenities in a gorgeous older building within a close (15 minutes walk for us with stroller) walk to train station and downtown. The apartment was very clean and very well appointed- it had everything we needed to feel comfortable, including a washing machine and separate dryer that were new and fully functioning (I've had previous apartments where they didn't work which was a problem for my packing!)

Fantastic stay

My last post cut off too soon- we had a wonderful stay and it was so easy to deal with the apartment owner. She was quick to reply, helpful with details, and so friendly. We did rent a large van and were able to find street parking within a few minutes each time we moved it. We hope we can visit the apartment again- it was such a perfect stay.

Wunderschönes Apartment

Wir waren für fast 8 Wochen im KernerApartment, da wir einen Wasserschaden hatten. Die Wohnung ist traumhaft und noch schöner als die Fotos bereits preisgeben. Wir haben uns direkt in die Wohnung verliebt und sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man befindet sich direkt in der Stadt und der HBF, der Schloßgarten wie auch die Königstrasse sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Altbauwohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, wie auch schon die Bilder verraten. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und hell. Einfach perfekt! Die Vermieterin ist ein Traum. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie hat sich wirklich um alles gekümmert und man konnte sich wegen allem an Sie wenden und hat sofort eine Antwort bekommen. Eine einwandfreie Betreuung! Wir würden immer wieder gerne in das KernerApartment zurückkehren und können es nur weiter empfehlen. Es gibt wirklich nichts zu bemängeln.

Fantastic Apartment In Every Aspect

Traumhaftes Zuhause - bin noch immer begeistert!

Wir hatten eine Wohnung gesucht für einige Wochen in Stuttgart um dort wieder "anzukommen" nach vielen Jahren im Ausland. Vom ersten Moment an begeisterten uns die Fotos im Internet und wir entschieden uns, die Wohnung zu mieten. Als wir ankamen, blieben unsere Münder offen - die Wohnung ist noch schöner als die Bilder vermuten lassen. Alles ist so perfekt wie man es sich von der eigenen Wohnung manchmal wünscht, die Vermieterin dachte auch an die kleinsten Kleinigkeiten. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die anderen Bewohner des Hauses sehr angenehme Leute. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war ausgezeichnet, sie kümmert sich um alle Themen sofort und ausgesprochen nett. Den Balkon konnten wir wegen des Winters nicht nutzen, aber im Sommer ist dieser bestimmt ein weiteres Highlight der Wohnung mit Blick auf den Garten des Hauses und die Stadt. Ich würde die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, es gibt tatsächlich nicht einen einzigen negativen Punkt zu berichten. Die Lage ist spitze, man läuft in wenigen Minuten zum Schloßpark und in die Stadtmitte, es gibt alles Nötige (Bäcker etc.) gleich um die Ecke. Perfekt für einen Stadturlaub oder längeren Aufenthalt!!!

MODERN, FEIN DEKORIERT. GEMÜTLICH, ZUM EMPFEHLEN!

Ich war mit Freunden im Februar 2013 im KernerApartement. Es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht um gleich mit Ferien in Stuttgart zu beginnen. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Küchenausrüstung. Die Wohnung ist hell und gemütlich. Der Parkettboden, die hohen Decken und der grosse Wohnbereich ist ideal! Auch an Tagen wo das Wetter nicht so super ist. Und die Lage ist wunderbar: In 10 Minuten ist man über die Staffel am Bahnhof. Ideal zum Einkaufen oder Bummeln und dann wieder mit der 15 nach Hause fahren. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen! Mica…aus Buenos Aires….. Compartir tiempo con mis amigos en este departamento tan acogedor fue GENIAL. Tiene una decoración moderna y de muy buen gusto. Es cálido y luminoso. ideal por estar cerca de todo para poder disfrutar mucho de esa ciudad tan linda. Felicitaciones por su hermoso departamento. Gracias, pues ahí lo hemos pasado de maravilla. ¡SUPER RECOMENDABLE!

Geschmackvolles Wohlfühlambiente

Wir haben mit unseren vier Kindern wunderbare Tage in dieser perfekt ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht, die viel Platz, liebevolle Einrichtung und lichtdurchflutete Zimmer mit Altbaucharme bietet.Für wirklich alles war gesorgt, jedes Detail stimmt, die zentrale Lage ist ideal für alle Unternehmungen! Selbst zum Hauptbahnhof kann man zu Fuß gehen. Das Sahnehäubchen ist die Hängematte auf dem idyllischen Balkon, wo man sich nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag erholen kann (es gab immer Streit, wer sie zuerst benutzen darf :-). Die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin war sehr angenehm, die Schlüsselübergabe ideal organsiert. Wir haben schon häufig ein Ferienhaus oder eine Ferienwohnung gemietet und haben schon einiges gesehen und erlebt. Selten sind wir so begeistert gewesen wie von dieser Wohnung in der Kernerstrasse. Absolut empfehlenswert und jeden Euro wert. Wir( Ex-Stuttgarter, mittlerweile in Berlin lebend) kommen sicher wieder. (Bärbel und Markus)
