Important:
There is parking at this unit for 1 car. The space is a carport parking stall with low clearance and only has room for a small to mid-sized car.
The measurements are:
*Height: 7 feet from floor to ceiling (not a good idea for cars over 6.5 feet tall)
*Width: 8 Feet total across.
*Length: 16 feet max in car length.

House Rules:
No Smoking Allowed (no exceptions).
No Pets Allowed (no exceptions).
No Events Allowed.
Maximum Occupancy 6 Guests (including infants and children).
Must be 25 or older to reserve.

Please Note:
The bedrooms are located on the upper level with stairs.
If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancellation policy.
