• PETS NOT ALLOWED - this property is not pet friendly. If pet hair has been discovered upon checkout, you will be charged a $200 AUD deodorising fee.

• As part of living in Australia’s environment, we want to advise that household pests such as cockroaches, ants, flies, spiders etc are common – especially to the spring and summer seasons. Whilst we do take preventative measures to maintain this (such as deep cleans, pest control etc), their appearance is something we cannot completely control. If they do appear, we do provide bug spray which is located under the sink in the kitchen for you to use.

• Fixed WiFi is currently unavailable at this property. As a temporary solution, we can provide a portable pocket WiFi device for your stay. Please be aware that as this relies on a mobile network, connection speeds and data stability may be more limited than a standard home connection.
