Ayr House forms part of a duplex. An upper two level penthouse apartment exists within the building and may be occupied separately. This apartment has its own independent access and no access to guest areas within Ayr House.

For this property, the security hold is ten thousand dollars and will need to be send via EFT two weeks in advance of your stay.
