We’re sorry for the inconvenience, especially at night, and will have this checked right away to ensure the AC and fan are working properly and consistently throughout the condo. We're sorry that your unit didn't meet your expectations regarding the view. We understand how disappointing it can be when the actual location differs from what you anticipated from the photos. Most importantly, we sincerely apologize for the door malfunction. Being locked inside the unit, especially with travel plans later that day, is not the experience we want anyone to have. While we're glad our team was able to get you out, we recognize that leaving the door temporarily unsecured until checkout was far from ideal. We also apologize that the follow-up regarding compensation did not happen as promised. That is not the level of service we strive to provide.
