Welcome to our cozy 2-bedroom walkout suite in beautiful NW Calgary, ideally located for your adventures in the Rockies! Whether you're planning to hike, ski, or simply relax, our suite offers a peaceful retreat with easy access to Canmore, Banff.
You’ll enjoy a private entrance, your own designated parking spot, and a beautifully designed space filled with natural light and vacation vibes. This is a legal suite in our family home, with no shared spaces—just comfort, privacy, and convenience.
Our newly built basement suite is designed with your comfort in mind. Here’s what you’ll love:
• Private entrance and exclusive parking for hassle-free access.
• Two spacious Bedrooms:
- One with a luxurious king bed and a dedicated workspace.
- One with a queen memory foam bed for a restful night’s sleep.
• Fully equipped kitchen featuring high-quality appliances, electric kettle, toaster, rice cooker, Keurig coffee machine, cookware, and essentials like coffee pods, tea, oil, sugar, and Coffee-Mate—all complimentary. Also parchment paper, plastic wrap, aluminum foil and Ziploc sandwich bags. Ice ready to use in the freezer.
• Bright living area with a cozy leather sofa, 50” Roku TV (free Netflix + streaming options), and large windows for plenty of daylight.
• Stylish bathroom with a rain shower and a newly installed water softener—your skin will love it!
Plus, we provide everything you need: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, a fresh set of towels for each guest, a hair dryer, and a garment steamer.
• High-speed fiber Wi-Fi internet for work or play.
• Baby-friendly amenities: Kids’ toys and games. Available upon request: outlet covers, bassinet, high chair, step stool and playpen.

• For your safety and peace of mind, 2 exterior security cameras monitor in front of the house and at the guest entrance. No cameras inside the suite, ever.
These cameras help ensure: Guest and property safety, Prevention of unauthorized guests or pets, Protection against theft, vandalism, or property damage, Quick resolution of issues, such as late checkouts or rule violations.
Please note: We have a shy indoor cat named Wally who lives with us in the main house. Occasionally, he may quietly explore the backyard, but he never enters the guest suite or interacts with guests directly. Just a friendly heads-up in case anyone has allergies or prefers to be aware.
