Use of the rental car is optional and available upon request.
A 7-seater Toyota Sienta is available until 6:00 PM on the check-out day.

This is a private 1LDK apartment, offering full privacy for guests.
The space is well equipped and comfortable for long-term stays.

Supermarkets, convenience stores, and cafés are all within walking distance,
making it ideal for guests who wish to stay like a local.

⏰ Check-in Time
Our standard check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
Depending on the situation, we may be able to accommodate some flexibility.
However, please note that we cannot confirm any changes until the day before your arrival.
If you have a request, feel free to let us know in advance and we’ll be happy to discuss it.

🚘 Rental Car Pickup Conditions

Rental car use is available upon request only.

For stays of 2 nights / 3 days:
Guests are asked to travel to the rental car pickup location on their own.

For stays of 3 nights / 4 days or more:
Complimentary shuttle service is available between Naha Airport and the rental car pickup location.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM, however the rental car may be used until
6:00 PM on the check-out day.

Guests have full access to the entire 1BR unit, including the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and balcony.
Please note that the bedroom closet is reserved for staff and not accessible.
One parking space is available, but the road is narrow - please park carefully.

For stays of 14 nights or more,
we offer complimentary cleaning and linen replacement once every two weeks
to ensure a comfortable long-term stay.

Check-in is self-service, but we respond to messages as quickly as possible.
We’re happy to recommend local cafés, restaurants, and sightseeing spots.
Please note that responses may be slower during late-night hours.

We can also share recommendations for local scuba diving and snorkeling shops.

Okinawa’s early cherry blossoms can be enjoyed from late January to mid-February,
and whale watching season runs from January to March.

【Reservations】
Because our property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, we approve reservation requests only from guests with at least 3 positive host reviews.
Guests with fewer reviews may be asked additional questions before approval.

【Check-in】
As required by law, we must verify and register the ID of all staying guests (passport).
Please submit these at least 2 days before check-in. Without verification, we cannot provide the key code.

• No shoes indoors - please use the indoor slippers provided.
• Towel policy: Towels are for indoor use only.
Beach use is not allowed. Any damage from sand or seawater will result in a replacement fee.

【Extra Fees】
• Additional towels
One towel set per guest is provided for the stay.
Extra sets are available for ¥330 each.

• No visitors other than registered guests
(¥20,000 per person per night for violations)
• Please keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM (residential area)
• Noise complaints from neighbors may result in immediate checkout
• Strictly no smoking anywhere on the property, including the balcony and parking area
(violation fee ¥50,000)
・In case of key loss:
A lock replacement fee of JPY 30,000 will be charged.
• No fireworks, BBQs, or parties
• ID submission for all guests is mandatory before arrival
• Additional fees apply for damage, stains, vomiting, excessive trash, or disposal of large items
• One parking space available; the street is narrow, so please park slowly
• A valid driver’s license is required to use the rental car
• The 7-seat Sienta must be returned by 6:00 PM will full gas on the checkout day
