Located just 25 minutes from YUL Airport and 40 minutes from Downtown Montreal, it’s the ideal base for families on vacation or groups looking for a peaceful retreat with easy city access.
The space
Inside, you’ll find a warm, "homey" atmosphere featuring rustic accents and modern amenities designed for large families.
• Living & Entertainment: Gather around the massive 65" Smart TV for movie nights in the cozy living area.
• Kitchen & Dining: The full kitchen is equipped with everything needed to whip up family feasts, including a Keurig coffee machine for your morning brew.
• Comfort: With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to get ready without the morning rush.
Your Private Outdoor Oasis
The highlight of this home is the incredible outdoor space (Seasonal: May to August).
• Heated Pool: Dive into the large, heated swimming pool—the perfect way to cool off and keep the kids entertained all day.
• Large Backyard: A sprawling yard offers plenty of room to run, play, and relax in the fresh air.
