Spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed, a sleeper sofa, a TV, and Wi-Fi; bathroom with shower; entryway; well-equipped kitchen with a table and chairs, oven, microwave, refrigerator, etc. : furnished, private balcony, shaded by a large linden tree, overlooking the garden, fields, and woods.
The apartment is located in a traditional Périgord house, set in the heart of the countryside. There is a large garden with flowers, shrubs, fruit trees, and places to relax. The apartment is an 8-minute walk from the village of Sainte Alvère, which boasts bakeries, restaurants, a small supermarket, a bar/tobacco shop, an ATM, a pharmacy, and a post office.
The apartment has its own lockable entrance, and free parking is available.
