Cabin Full of lady bugs and wasps. Wife slipped and fell down the driveway it was all wet and muddy, so the access to the cabin isnt the best having to walk up the hill.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your stay did not fully meet expectations. As our property is located in a natural setting, occasional lady bugs and the rare hornet can sometimes appear despite regular cleaning and nest prevention efforts. We also understand the wet and muddy ground outside was frustrating - weather conditions unfortunately played a role during your stay. We found that they thought of everything you might need from dog poop bags to bug spray. We always bring all the supplies we need but forgot bug spray. We were going to run out for some but then saw a can inside the cottage. There were supplies for tea and coffee which you don't often see. We had our own but just seeing all the extras you never expected was nice. There were even some books, games and fishing supplies if you wanted to do any of that. Well thought out for what people staying there might need.
