Today, it has become one of Australia's best places for beginners and experienced surfers alike.



Whale Watching

A prime spot for whale watching. Each year, from May to October, visitors of the Margaret River region can witness the spectacular sight of majestic humpback whales as they migrate up and down the coast. The best place to see these magnificent creatures is from the iconic Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse.



Other activities in the area include bushwalking, mountain biking, fishing, kayaking, and much more.



How to Get to Margaret River from Perth

Margaret River is 280 kilometres south of Perth or a three-hour drive by car. There are also alternative and cheaper ways to get there, such as by train or bus. Book your Margaret River accommodation for at least two nights to enjoy everything the region offers.



Other Things to Note:

We have a selection of thoughtfully designed accommodations, including a luxurious honeymoon suite, seven suites with private ensuites, a private two-bedroom lodge, and three cabins offering a range of two- and three-bedroom options.



NOTE: Please note due to local bushfire restrictions, use of the wood-fired hot tub is seasonal. The season closes between early November and April/May each year. The baths can still be used as an outdoor plungle pool but will not be able to be heated.



NOTE: Free use of Sauna all year



-> Hot tubs will have RESTRICTED usage 9 November - 22 December. The hot tub will not be permitted with a rating of HIGH or above.

-> Hot tubs are NOT PERMITTED 23 December - to 14 March

Interaction with Guests:

For the more adventurous, guests could try the Wim Hof experience with an ice bath, ice can be purchased from the local service station, to allow a full body immersion.
