Why they chose this property

My great grandparents settled here from Ireland and my grandfather grew up on Amherst Island. We have a long history here and we are so pleased to have been able to acquire the property next door to their old homestead.

What makes this property unique

Other short term rentals have a place to stay on the island but none of them have 152 acres of trailed forested property to enjoy nature, bird watch or simply enjoy the peace and quiet we have here in abundance and a brand new house with all new modern amenities doesn't hurt either.
