Our apartment can accommodate up to 3 people with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a sofa that can be pulled out into a bed.

This spacious 1 bedroom apartment is on the 5th floor and contains a private East-facing balcony which can be fully enclosed.

This room features an open-plan living and dining room, fully-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.

There is a smart 43` TV with Free Netflix and Amazon Prime - perfect for a quiet night in!

Guests are provided with tea, coffee and sugar. Shower amenities are provided along with premium hotel quality linen and towels.

There is a washing machine and separate dryer installed for guests to use free of charge.

There are plenty of cafes and restaurants, shopping malls, bars and clubs nearby to keep you entertained all throughout the day and night.

The location is just outside the busiest/noisiest streets of the CBD so you generally won`t hear any noise if the windows are shut.

There is a free city tram that operates from 7am until midnight 7 days a week and covers most locations in the CBD. There is also a free City Connector bus that operates from early morning until 7:15pm 7 days a week.

Please note there is no onsite parking available with this accommodation.

The refrigerator is bar-sized and does not have a freezer.
