- Accommodation: This fully Air-Conditioned property offers 4 luxurious bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and 2 with double beds, sleeping 8 guests on plush pillows and high-quality mattresses, plus 2 Sofa beds potential of sleeping maximum of 10 people. This property uniquely offers two huge master bedrooms both with ensuites; one upstairs and one downstairs which is perfect for big families. The upstairs master bedroom features a whole additional parent’s retreat room for those moments of serenity with your coffee in the morning.
The modern kitchen features a large pristine bench alongside almost any appliance you need to cook up a storm. The living spaces include not one, but two living rooms for spending time together or taking in the views from the top balcony. Outdoor spaces are prevalent at this luxury escape, with comfortable, cushioned outdoor seating both downstairs and on the deck upstairs plus an additional balcony to take in the peaceful neighbourhood and local wildlife as they pass by.
- Coffee machine (Vento or Nespresso) takes coffee pods (BYO)
- Outdoor Living: Relax and unwind in the outdoor patio space, perfect for soaking up the sun, self-catering / dining al fresco, or simply enjoying the fresh coastal breeze.

- There are an additional 2x sofa beds in the property (additional to the bedrooms mentioned above). These situated in the upstairs and downstairs living rooms, so they do not have a separate room.
- 1x Travel cot available.
- The property is fully furnished & linen is supplied , however, you will need to supply your own bedding for travel cot, beach towels, toiletries and consumables (e.g. kitchen/laundry detergent, sanitizer, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.).
- Garage/Sheds unavailable for use, there is undercover parking as 2 large carports suitable for boats/cars.

Pet-Friendly: Yes, this property is pet friendly for a maximum of 2 outdoor only dogs, however, please complete your own due diligence for your fencing requirements.
Booking Details: This property has a minimum night stay of 3 nights in low season and 7 nights in high season. Please check availability to see if the property is available for your desired dates.
Check-In/Check-Out: Please collect your keys from our Woodgate Beach First National office at 146 Esplanade, Woodgate Beach. Keys can be collected anytime between 2:00pm and 4:30pm Monday to Saturday and 1:00PM to 2:00PM Sunday. If you are arriving after hours, please phone our Woodgate Beach First National office and we can arrange for the keys to be left in our afterhours lockbox.

- On arrival, all guests are required to complete a Holding Bond. This is an imprint of a valid Credit Card for security and to ensure the property is left neat and tidy and Undamaged from your stay.
