Located BEACHFRONT near Pier Park, this 1 bedroom 2 bath spacious condo has everything you need; a full kitchen, private 2nd floor balcony overlooking the Ocean, High Speed WiFi, Cable TV, Pool (heated in Winter) in-unit Laundry and Grills available .
Parking is right in front of the condo so no long walks to/from your vehicle!

Located directly on the Beach and close to Pier Park. This complex is low density- 110 Units with only 6 floors- No long waits for the elevator!

The property and owners were great! This was our first time in PCB and had no idea where to stay. We couldn’t have chosen a better place and location if we had been familiar with the area. The location is convenient and the condo is beautiful. The beach of course was wonderful. Thanks to the hosts for allowing us to enjoy our vacation in their condo.

This condo is as nice as it gets. Extremely clean and comfortable. Top of the line decor and amenities are reminiscent of a classy resort. Probably the most comfortable bed we’ve ever had in a vacation rental. From the kitchen to the washer and dryer, all very impressive. Rick was an excellent host and we plan to stay here next time we come to Panama City Beach. I highly recommend this rental to anyone.

My wife and I booked this property for a short anniversary getaway. We've been to PCB several times, but typically stay in larger properties that can accommodate our whole family further down the beach. For this trip, we decided to try something new. We were drawn to this property by the pictures, location, and availability of beach service. The unit was even nicer in person than it appeared online. It's obvious the owners take great care of it and take pride in providing a great experience for their guests. And the views were amazing. The beach was so close to the unit that it felt like we were sitting on it while on the balcony or at the breakfast table. Partway through our stay, the AC unit quit working (having lived in Florida previously, we know this kind of thing just happens in the late July heat). It was a Sunday morning when we contacted the owners to let them know, and still they sprang to action. By lunch everything was fixed.The beach area also exceeded expectations. The location was nice and peaceful despite being towards the busier end of PCB. Chair service was exceptional. Overall, I could not recommend this unit more. If my wife and I get another opportunity to get away from the kids, we will definitely look it up again.

This is a perfect place for a couples getaway! The room is awesome with guest needs in mind. Decorated with both style and comfort! The cutest! This is one of the cleanest condos we’ve had. Beautiful view sitting on the deck enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks. Host was very responsive! This is one to put down for future trips.

We chose this location because it is located directly on the Beach and close to Pier Park. This complex is low density- 110 Units with only 6 floors, so the beach and elevators are not crowded. You get to park right in front of the condo with no long walks to your vehicle!
